TMZ broke the story … Pilar just filed an emergency motion in Texas, claiming Deion is holding her as a “financial hostage” … cutting off her cash flow … and only offering to give her cash in exchange for X-rated activities.

Sources close to Deion tell us the accusations are entirely untrue … and claim the NFL legend recently sent her a cashier’s check for $10,000 … which Pilar REJECTED.

Pilar’s lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells us she refused to accept the money because Deion presented the check as a “partial payment” towards the prenup … a prenup she believes is invalid.

We’re told Pilar was only promised $1,000,000 in the prenup … but Friedman believes she’s entitled to MILLIONS more … saying, “The offer does not reflect the assets in the estate and does not account for the time, effort, devotion, and faithfulness Pilar has invested in the marriage.”

A close adviser to Deion tells us … “Pilar has continued to make false statements in an attempt to extort additional money, in spite of the generous pre-nup that she voluntarily signed. Deion is going to allow a judge to resolve this privately, then he looks forward to setting the record straight publicly at the appropriate time.”

Marshall underwent surgery Friday night, according to ESPN, and is still in ICU this morning. ESPN says no vital organs were hit and he should be OK in 2-3 weeks.

Marshall’s wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall (see mug shot below), was arrested last night on a domestic violence charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is currently being held on $75,000 bond. According to the police report, his wife told police she acted in self-defense.

Marshall’s agent would only say, “This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family, thankfully he will make a full recovery … We simply ask that his privacy is respected.”

According to FOX 4 News in Dallas, officials shut down some of the roads in the area … and a member of the bomb squad was seen peering down a manhole during the sweep.

So far, no one has been evacuated from the stadium.

UPDATE: The FBI tells us it turned out to just be a “false alarm.” Turns out it was just trash.

The Steelers ended up winning the game 19-16 … but we think Steve Johnson has bigger problems on his hands.

As ProFootballTalk first reported, Williams was pulled over in Hillsborough County, Florida around 2:48 AM after cops say he was going 57 in a 45 … and weaving all over the place.

Cops say the 23-year-old failed a field sobriety test — and eventually took two breathalyzer tests once he had been taken to a nearby police station. Cops say he blew a .061 and a .065 — both under the legal limit of .08.

Law enforcement officials tell us Williams may have been under the influence of something that can’t be detected by a breathalyzer — so they asked him to submit to a urine test.

Williams obliged — but the results of the pee test are still pending and could take weeks.

Williams was released early this morning — and we’re told he was “very cooperative with the arresting officer and agreed to everything that was requested.”
