Britney just went to her Facebook page and wrote, “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.”

Sources close to the couple tell TCC … Jason proposed last night … and to celebrate, he organized a giant party in Vegas.

TMZ broke the story … Britney knew Trawick was going to pop the question … but it was SUPPOSED to happen tonight. Seems he just couldn’t wait!

Sources close to the couple tell us … the MASSIVE celebratory dinner will go down tonight at the Chocolate Lounge at the Sugar Factory in the Paris Hotel … because Brit Brit LOVES chocolate.

We’re told there will be a chocolate fondue fountain and all the men will get chocolate truffle cigars.

After dinner … the gang is set to go to Chateau nightclub and party the night away.

We’re told everyone involved in the fiesta has received specific marching orders — anything Britney wants, Britney gets.

TMZ broke the story yesterday … former Britney bodyguard Fernando Flores sued Brit, claiming, among other things,  she “savagely” whipped her two kids with a belt.

Federline now says — through his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan — what TMZ has reported … that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services investigated Flores’ allegations and determined they had no merit.

Britney has not responded to the lawsuit, in which Flores also claims she repeatedly sexually harassed him and came on to him in a naked state — i.e., California.

According to the suit, a copy of which TMZ has obtained, Fernando Flores claims Britney made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward him by exposing herself in front of him in her home.

Flores alleges, on one occasion — in a scene right out of “Legally Blonde” — “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress.  She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].”  The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”

The suit then goes on to describe another alleged instance where Britney summoned Flores to her room, where she was standing naked. The suit claims, “After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything.  After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”

One time after allegedly exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said, “You know you liked it.”

An L.A. County Superior Court judge extended the order that was initially put in place for Britney’s concert tour. Under the terms, Britney gets to travel with Sean Preston and Jayden James and must provide K-Fed with a place to stay if he wants to follow them on tour.

Sources tell us the sealed order is very detailed, but Britney gets minimum 50/50 custody and at times even more.

As for Kevin, in addition to the $20,000 a month Britney pays him in child support, he gets between $20,000 and $25,000 a month when the kids are outside of California.

At the end of the year the judge will reevaluate custody. We’re told it’s looking like a 50/50 split is the way of the future.
